The marketing system in the physical space of IKEA is reflected in the app itself by making sure that the customer does not forget to buy anything, and simultaneously, it aims to make him buy more. In the prototype of the app, I visually organized categories thanks to supporting images and revamped the navigation system. Additionally, I added the ability to shop online through the app with an option of scheduling a pick-up time once the order is ready. Right after the completion of the transaction, the customer receives a text message with the order information to make it more convenient for him.
