WITH THE LOVE FOR THE ENVIRONMENT.
depod was created to decrease the amount of waste that comes from used coffee pods, encourage consumers to drop off pods at their local grocery stores and reward them through the app with a variety of perks – i.e. points towards next purchase, reusable coffee pods.
CONVENIENCE AT YOUR FINGER TIPS.
The bin which is located in the entrance of the local stores, has a recognizable form of three stacked coffee pods. It is made out of materials that speak to a modern look of it – it combines glossy white materials with wood and a metal handle. The screen serves as an interactive digital ad and once it is activated through the sensor,
it provides customers with the guide. The customer activates the lid of a green bin by opening the app.
The last step requires depod to collect pods from the wooden compartment a few times a week.
